I love soups and clam chowder is definitely a banger. You can make it vegan with vegetables and potatoes in a Yuba broth. Yuba is a tofu skin that can be used for broths or pastas. I highly recommend making vegan clam chowder next time you want a hardy soup or if you love clam chowder but don’t eat meat or seafood. The recipe is below to make it.
