Mozzarella Queso Dip

I love mozzarella with Italian food, so why not try it with Spanish food? This mozzarella queso dip looks really good. It’s melted mozzarella with scallions and cilantro. You could also add some jalapeños or hot peppers to it to spice it up. It could go good with nachos, enchiladas or whatever you like to dip in queso. The link for the recipe is below.
