Homemade Mozzarella Cheese

I love cheese, especially mozzarella. I’m going to have to make it from scratch because I could eat this all of the time. It’s moist, soft and delicious just like a cheese should be. You can eat it plain, with crackers, in caprese salads, with pizzas or with paninis. I highly recommend trying this if you are a cheese lover. The recipe is below.
