If you love probiotic beverages, try making your own Kombucha. All you need is the stogy fungus with some fruit in some brewed tea then let it ferment. You can make any flavor you want with fruits, roots or spices. Kombucha is great for relaxing, plus it’s healthy for your gut. I highly recommend making your own. The recipe is below.
