If you like fermented vegetables, you would love Kimchi. It’s a Korean side dish made up of fermented cabbage, onions, carrots and spices. It used in sandwiches or by itself. It is also a probiotic and is healthy for your gut. I highly recommend trying it, the recipe is below.
