Home Jail Business Plan

I was thinking about how crimes and indictments are increasing the jail population and their capacity to hold inmates and was thinking maybe they can be sentenced to home jails, kind of like house arrest but without certain freedoms. It makes sense for inmates to be treated with dignity but also for them to serve their sentence. It would improve the economy because they could work a job to support their family or pay fines and stay in their home under the serveillence or monitoring of a guard. This would be a good business to start doing to modify homes as jails for criminals to not overcrowd jail or prison buildings. I’m sure you could turn a 4 bedroom home into an 8 person jail with modifications. It sounds ridiculous but it could work.
