Blooming Onion Recipe

I first heard of the blooming onion from Outback Steakhouse back in the 90’s, I think it is still one of the most unique presentations for an appetizer. It is a sliced onion that is deep fried served with a horse radish sauce. It is super good too. You can make these yourself with an air fryer.
