What Is Peace?

What I’ve learned about peace is that it comes from within. When you have inner peace it calms things that surround you and teaches them peace. To learn inner peace within and to create it you need to experience timelessness. Peace is unconditional, so tapping into timelessness will unlock positive calming peacefulness. How long can you experience timelessness in a chaotic world? As long as you exercise patience. Peace is manifested through effortlessness, you don’t need to try to make it happen, you just need to be still and feel it. Effort is useful to build and create, peace is universal. Do you feel peace when you sleep or when you appreciate something? Those aren’t efforts, but whatever you put effort into can also contribute to happiness and peace. Sometimes dealing and coping with something takes effort to get away from it or to elevate or educate someone. If you try not putting effort into something, you can still achieve your goal. If you let things just be in the moment it might do all of the work for you. They say that the moment of now is all you need. If you live in the past you worry and get sad and if you live in the future you get anxious. It’s best to focus on the now. Personally, I feel like the future is just an illusion. If the now is all there is then you are always here. There is no dualistic time capsule or paradigm that determines the future by dividing yourself to experience three dimensional time references. You grow, learn and even forget. The choices you choose determine the path that you take. If you are in touch with the moment you will always make the right decision.
