How you carry yourself has a huge influence on the world and your environment. When people get stressed out and anxious it’s a sad display. If you do things like relax, smile, stretch and even dance it can help you feel better. Movement is different than an action or reaction, it stays neutral. Movement is how you carry yourself, it’s your stature and composure. It’s such a relief to see people have healthy movement, it’s inspiring, artistic and it’s a win / win for everyone when it helps free you from peer pressure and anxiety. Having composure shows responsibility especially when it is rare. To improve your composure and stature, try doing some stretches and eating healthy. Try not to follow others and focus on yourself. Try listening to music and get in your comfort zone, understand how you think and feel so you know what you are capable of.
