If I could live in a boat it would either be a catamaran or a cruise ship (hopefully the cruise ship one day). Catamarans are expensive but the SmartCat S280 is a 40ft Sail Catamaran for under $200k new. It has 3 births, a bathroom, galley, trampoline, and seating for 12-14. You can either get a sail or electric powered model. I would recommend looking at a SmartCat S280 Catamaran if you are looking for a 40ft Catamaran that you can live on or enjoy the weekend with friends and family.
