Private Campground Plan

This is something I plan on doing soon, buying some land and having a private campground. I am looking at land for $15k-$30k (Upstate New York) and will get a used 30ft Travel Trailer ($10k) for the property. I plan on utilizing my greenhouse space idea (from an earlier blog post) where I will get an 8x20 plexiglass greenhouse ($700) and put a 6 person foam insulated hot tub ($2,000) patio sectional furniture ($400) a mini 4ft pool table ($120) and a mini ping pong table ($50) in it with solar rope lights ($10). I will have electricity powering the trailer for A/C & Heat and the hot tub. I will have a stone fire pit in front of the trailer. I want to be outdoors more to get out of my apartment and have that luxury. It would be cool to get out whenever I’d like to whenever I have some days off and have a place to chill.
