Bidets are the cleanest thing you can use when it comes to going to the bathroom. I found this portable bidet over the summer last year and use it in my bathroom. My apartment complex does not allow bidet seats in the units so this works. It’s an electric handle bidet that has a hose that you can put in the travel case (also used to fill with water) so you can take it wherever (camping, boat, RV, trips, hotel) it costs $50 on Amazon and is something I would recommend to someone who could use a bidet if you need it where you cannot have one.
