Nachos Spaghetti

I love pasta, and I love nachos. Put them together you get nachos spaghetti (or taco spaghetti). You could just do nacho cheese on macaroni or spaghetti too, but adding meat, vegetables, sour cream, guacamole, beans, hot sauce and whatever you want to load on top just makes it that much better.
