I discovered Mascarpone when I was staying at my parents house one weekend over the summer this year, it is an Italian cheese spread kind of like cream cheese but lighter. I had it over English muffins and strawberry jelly, it is delicious. It is good for breakfast or lunch, but you can have it whenever it’s that good. I have it everyday for breakfast but now I’m using grape jelly, it’s still amazing, I hope you try it.
