Formula Street Legal Race Car Conversion

I was looking at getting a used Formula Ford race car and making it street legal. You can find used race cars at race car websites (eBay / race cars direct / racing junk) and basically put headlights, taillights, a horn and turn signals on it. I think this would be fun to have if you enjoy driving through back roads or country roads. These things are pretty quick, they usually have a 140-200HP motorcycle engine in them and get decent gas mileage. You can buy a used Formula Ford or F3 online for around $15k-$50k. The conversion isn’t too expensive either, just standard parts around $1k.
