Condo Hotel Real Estate

I came across condo hotels when I was searching on Zillow for real estate in the south and thought this could be pretty sweet for rental property and even living in. HOA is relatively affordable for around $250-$500. These are available in the south east coast line, but you can also do the same with resort condos. Most have continental breakfast served in the morning and housekeeping. There is only around 266-400 sqft so if you do live in one, you need to keep what you need the most. The good side to this is living in a busy area near the beach or mountains with amenities like a gym, pool, hot tub, continental breakfast and housekeeping. I can’t wait to get there, only one year left for me, wish me luck!
