I’m a vegetarian so there aren’t a lot of choices already for me to keep eating without getting sick of it once I’ve had it for a while or if it the only option. I am also diabetic so that lowers my selections as well. So instead of sticking to vegan meats I’m going straight to the nutrients and vitamins that I need. Here is my $30 weekly meal plan that takes care of breakfast, lunch and dinners for 6 days. I am also intermittent fasting too so I can better control my appetite.
Breakfast: 6:00-8:00am
Coffee & Almond Milk $3
Blueberry Bagels & Cream Cheese $6
Lunch: 9:00-11:00am
Black Bean, Sour Cream & Cheese Burritos $8
Garlic Cloves $0.45
Dinner: 2:00-4:00pm
12oz V8 Juice (Low Sodium) $4 (x3) $12
