Water Flute Instrument Idea

I love the sound of water and also the flute, what if you could put the two together? There is an instrument called a water flute where water makes a bubbling sound on the bottom, if you had notes on the stem of the instrument it would be cool, but I think it plays according to the water level. If you could design it with notes and put a water bubbler on the reed that might work. Let me know what you think. You can get one on Amazon for $19, the link is below.
