One business you can get into if you have a real estate license ($500-$1,500) is being a property manager. You list and manage properties for leasing or air bnb so they would take care of cleaning and tenants, they would contact you for payment on maintenance and other things that the tenant or property needs. They charge about 10% of the rent cost which is pretty affordable. I would recommend starting a property management business if you are looking for another way to use your real estate license.
