Personal Snowboard Park $20k

If you love to ski, snowboard or snowskate check out having your own snowboard park or ski resort. You can get mountain land for around $10k-$20k in places out west like Colorado and New Mexico and then add solar or a gas snow making machines ($200) for the times when it doesn’t snow heavy or if you want more powder.
