Good Citizen Incentives

I was thinking about how people don’t ever get the credit they deserve for being a good citizen or not breaking the law and came up with an idea for a good citizens incentive for people to get paid every year for obeying the law or doing good deeds. It could be a tax write off or a compensation check, but I think it would help make the world a little friendlier and safer. Also creating jobs that give people tax write offs like volunteering or helping those in need could be an untapped resource for developing new jobs. If you can’t afford to pay someone, maybe you could give them a tax break for their efforts.
