College Guaranteed Success Plan

Yes it is true, college is a scam. How is an institution going to make you pay thousands of dollars and not guarantee a successful investment? Either college needs to be free like public schooling or like Europe, or they need to guarantee success or your money back. They could do this by allowing you more time to learn or by giving you as many times as you need to pass an exam, whatever it takes to give you the education that you are paying for.
