Blue Collar work takes a toll over time, I invested in a full body massage chair back in 2022 when I was working as a photographer for JCPenney, I had to bend down and move for poses in photo shoots and it got bad after a couple 8 hour shifts. I recommend getting a shiatsu neck massage pillow for those times when you need to relieve pressure or get some relaxation. You can get them on Amazon for $20-$50. Take a quick vacation or bring it on vacation for the flight or bus ride. I would recommend getting one if you work hard or want to cut down on your spa budget by investing in a portable spa.
